- What equipment you need (or what kind of job you're doing — we'll match the right machine)
- Delivery date and approximate return date
- Jobsite address (or just the ZIP code) so we can confirm free delivery
- Whether you have your own Certificate of Insurance, or want our damage waiver
- If commercial: your company name, contact name, and how you'd like to pay (card, ACH, check)
