If You Need to Cancel
48+ hours before delivery: No fee. Full deposit released.
Life happens. If you give us more than 48 hours' notice, we have time to fill the slot with another customer. No cancellation fee. Your authorization hold is released, and you owe us nothing.
24 to 48 hours before delivery: 50% cancellation fee.
At this point we've already started prepping the equipment for your job — fueling, inspecting, scheduling delivery. We may not be able to rebook the slot. 50% of the rental charges is the cancellation fee.
Under 24 hours OR after we've already left for delivery: 100% cancellation fee + delivery costs.
This is the worst-case for both of us. We've fully prepped, loaded, possibly already driven out. We've spent the time and burned the fuel. 100% of the rental charges applies, plus any redelivery fee under Section 3(f) of the contract.
Tip: If you're unsure whether your project will need the equipment, book the rental conservatively (later start date) and call us if you need to push it earlier. We can usually accommodate. The 48-hour clock starts at the scheduled delivery time.
If We Need to Cancel
Rare but possible reasons we might cancel your rental:
- Safety issue — equipment fails inspection, weather is too dangerous to deliver safely, etc.
- Equipment availability — prior customer didn't return on time, machine is mid-repair
- Missing paperwork — you didn't submit your Certificate of Insurance in time, or signed contract wasn't completed
If we cancel for any of the above reasons, you receive a full refund of any charges, your authorization hold is released, and you owe us nothing. We have no further liability.
How to Cancel
The fastest way is to call or text Bill directly at (702) 340-4025. You can also email [email protected]. We don't have a cancellation portal — we'd rather you talk to a human.
The cancellation clock starts the moment you reach us, not when you send the email or text. If you cancel via email and we don't see it in time, the cancellation fee applies based on when we actually get the message. Call us if you're close to the 24- or 48-hour boundary.
Rescheduling vs. Cancelling
Want to push your rental to a different date instead of canceling outright? Just call us. Reschedules are usually free if there's a slot available. We treat reschedules totally separately from cancellations.
